We now have a Heavy Metal Section. You'll find it just to the right of the cash. While creating it, I had to move the entire contents of the store--and since I was doing that, I decided to move the recently created Soul/R&B/Funk/Doo-Wop section while I was at it. It's now to the left of the cash register in its own little area. Woohoo!

Speaking of genres the staff know little about (Metal), here's something for all the Hip Hop fans who shop at Vortex. The Rub has completed it's 30 year history of Hip Hop (1979 - 2009) and is offering it up as free MP3s. Their site isn't as snazzy as the one you're reading now so they don't have one place you can go to grab them all so I've compiled a list for you. Right click and choose "Save As" or the equiv on your browser. You're welcome.
